I hesitated before pursuing the… I hesitated before pursuing the appraisal clause at all; I was worried about the potential cost, risk, time, etc. Petty turned out to be a great decision and a great partner. So easy to work with - simple and low cost! If you have a total loss settlement then my guess is you would be much better off financially by engaging Petty on your behalf... they helped me gain an additional $3,050 (in excess of my previous personal negotiations with the insurance co.).

Over the course of two phone calls, Justin spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with me, sharing his knowledge, giving me his expert advice and guiding me through the process of making a DV claim (and presenting it in Small Claims Court), even though he knew from the outset that I wouldn't be buying an Appraisal from him.
