Over the course of two phone calls, Justin spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with me, sharing his knowledge, giving me his expert advice and guiding me through the process of making a DV claim (and presenting it in Small Claims Court), even though he knew from the outset that I wouldn't be buying an Appraisal from him. This gentleman genuinely wants to change the way these claims are handled and to help anyone he can, whether he makes money out of it or not. His advice is straightforward, easily understood, and not cloaked in legal mumbo-jumbo. I have no doubt that, unlike the majority of others in his field, he would not hesitate to tell you if he thinks your case is weak and not worth pursuing. my experience Like others have stated before getting my money, they were attentive. After getting their payment, their attentiveness left a lot to be desired. To be fair, an employee was ill, but I took that into account when waiting for responses and writing this review. I am an understanding person and was told I was "on the radar" when weeks were going by with no communication. I got not a single dollar from the insurance company. Complete denial after what I consider extremely poor communication with Petty details. At one point, having politely asked to get some responses within a week, I was told they couldn't "magically" make things happen. I'll leave it up to the reader to take my attempt at fairness into account. Definitely ok at initial purchase of the service , but if follow-up is needed or important to you, I'd look elsewhere. It isn't their fault I got a complete denial, but they were less than stellar even when considering allowing for a sick employee once the going got tough.
