Saved from unethical insurance company's shenanigans I ran into trouble when an unlicensed driver ran into my car in a work truck that was insured by the same company I was insured with. The insurance company was quick to label my car as a totaled vehicle and were trying to force me to give up my title and relinquish my car. A friend of mine referred me to Petty Details LLC and they stepped in and went to bat for me. We invoked the Appraisal Clause and the value of my car went from a rock bottom, ridiculous salvage price of $3200 to the true value of $7000. All I can say is job well done! I never even knew this service was an option but now I'm telling everyone I know.

Over the course of two phone calls, Justin spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with me, sharing his knowledge, giving me his expert advice and guiding me through the process of making a DV claim (and presenting it in Small Claims Court), even though he knew from the outset that I wouldn't be buying an Appraisal from him. This gentleman genuinely wants to change the way these claims are handled and to help anyone he can, whether he makes money out of it or not. His advice is straightforward, easily understood, and not cloaked in legal mumbo-jumbo. I have no doubt that, unlike the majority of others in his field, he would not hesitate to tell you if he thinks your case is weak and not worth pursuing. To put it simply, he is an honest man who just wants to spread the real truth and do what he can to help folks after an auto accident.
