PICK UP I had HNRY Logistics pick up a very expensive piece of equipment in the US and deliver to us in Canada. This was an oversized load, and the truck had to follow specific instructions from our vendor which HNRY did. From pick up to delivery at our site everything was great. Hired a team of drivers to deliver… Hired a team of drivers to deliver overnight for arrival on a Friday, having left on a Thursday. Drivers did not show up until the following Monday and your place of business had the audacity to charge us for an overnight shipment. Absolutely unacceptable....................
