Overall experience has been positive but one trailer was several hours past the window that we had provided. It worked out in the end as the driver worked with us around our schedule

Made It Happen Needed to move heavy equipment from Georgia to Wisconsin within 3 days. The exceptional part is that this was a last minute call on a Thursday to pick up equipment on Friday and deliver by Tuesday of the upcoming week. The delivery was made on Monday morning. We didn't realize it was contracted by… We didn't realize it was contracted by another company. We contacted YRC. They did not make the first scheduled pick up due to a stop by highway patrol for noncompliance and it had to be rescheduled which cost us another day of hiring crane to load it. Then we requested tarps but the driver said that was not relayed to them.
