LATE, POOR SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION, FREIGHT ARRIVED TO CUSTOMER LATE, DELAYED TWICE. REPS WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS. AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.

We didn't realize it was contracted by… We didn't realize it was contracted by another company. We contacted YRC. They did not make the first scheduled pick up due to a stop by highway patrol for noncompliance and it had to be rescheduled which cost us another day of hiring crane to load it. Then we requested tarps but the driver said that was not relayed to them.

Tom did a great job working with me to line up the details for the pickup and delivery. Delivery arrived very promptly, and the driver they sourced was squared away and very helpful as well. Worst shipping company ever Worst shipping company ever Nasty lady telling me package won’t be delivered and she called me at 5 pm telling me it’s pouring rain and she was in valley stream and I was 10 minutes away with no rain in site and she then hangs up on me knowing I called her bs So deliver of my package was delayed two days now

All HNRY personnel involved provided follow-up and info throughout the process from pick up to delivery... We will definitely use HNRY again in the future... President,Fuzzy Logic tm...
