We had a complex pickup We had a complex pickup, trailer drop job to be done. Had a driver cancel last minute during a critical point but our rep was able to find a new truck and the delivery was made faster than we expected.

HNRY Logistics came through with a full… HNRY Logistics came through with a full flatbed on less than 24 hours notice when our original company did not show up. They were professional, and the load arrived on time and our customer was happy.

Communication was a little sketchy at… Communication was a little sketchy at first because of a third party and having to coordinate the pick up after crossing the Mexican border. In the end the shipment was picked up on time and actually delivered ahead of schedule! I was impressed! To my knowledge there was no damage. I worked with Matt Todd throughout the whole sales process. He did a great job guiding me through the process and was easy to work with. We are in the process of moving our… We are in the process of moving our company and will be using 12 - 15 trailer loads to move. Overall experience has been positive but one trailer was several hours past the window that we had provided. It worked out in the end as the driver worked with us around our schedule
