GBBetter than all the rest! I would recommend Gettacar to anyone that is busy, doesn't have a car to get to a dealership, or just doesn't want to spend hours going from one place to another. I applied on a Friday and was done by end of business on Monday. I didn't have a car so this was incredibly convenient. Once the car arrived and was checked over by my son, it was in the condition promised. The customer service deserves more than 5 stars. I'm definitely spreading the word around this is the best online car buying.

Went over the car better than the owner manual. Paperwork, missed forms / e-signatures - backup insurance - Not used to that in a dealership but I'll trade that hassle for the 7-day test drive and time to let my mechanic go over the vehicle

GBMy worst fear of buying online was true Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

GBGreat experience with Gettacar Great experience with Gettacar! Was a bit skeptical at first but I found a rare electric vehicle at a great price. The car was clean and in great condition with all accessories included. Purchase and delivery were swift. The paperwork took some time and required me calling customer service a few times but they were all very efficient and courteous. Very happy with my purchase overall.
