My worst fear of buying online was true Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

Great Service I initially contacted gettacar around March 2020 and Thomas was very helpful. Unfortunately, due to the covid situation, I had to put my purchase on hold. When I called back a year later, he remembered our previous interaction, and again was helpful in making the sale. It was a very easy process, and I am very happy with the level of service. Love the car but felt that the service… Love the car but felt that the service could have been better. Lots of confusion regarding immediate repairs that needed to be done. Transfer of title from old car completely BOTCHED. After waiting more than 60 days, I received a new tag instead of the registration to transfer my tag resulting in more cost to get the situation rectified.

Maya is the truth! It was an absolutely wonderful experience working with my rep Maya. She was on top of everything and I had my car within 2 days. So seamless, and I got a car that's dope af and a better interest rate than I would have gotten anywhere else during my rebuild from a shotty credit past.
