Steve was very nice and extremely helpful was able to get me get fiance, answered my many, many questions. I really want the hyndai venue but I had a price I would not go over and Steve made that happen. The gentleman (who's name I don't remember) dropped the car off to me and was very nice and went over everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend gettacar

Maya is the truth! It was an absolutely wonderful experience working with my rep Maya. She was on top of everything and I had my car within 2 days. So seamless, and I got a car that's dope af and a better interest rate than I would have gotten anywhere else during my rebuild from a shotty credit past.

Buying experience was relatively good Buying experience was very good. Good communication and vehicle as described although it needed a thorough detailing. Post purchased customer service hasn’t been great. Repeated voicemails and emails go to unanswered. If you are lucky enough to get someone live on the phone when calling, they do seem relatively competent enough.

The car was clean and in great condition with all accessories included. Purchase and delivery were swift. The paperwork took some time and required me calling customer service a few times but they were all very efficient and courteous. Very happy with my purchase overall.

Love the car but felt that the service… Love the car but felt that the service could have been better. Lots of confusion regarding immediate repairs that needed to be done. Transfer of title from old car completely BOTCHED. After waiting more than 60 days, I received a new tag instead of the registration to transfer my tag resulting in more cost to get the situation rectified.
