GBBuying experience was relatively good Buying experience was very good. Good communication and vehicle as described although it needed a thorough detailing. Post purchased customer service hasn’t been great. Repeated voicemails and emails go to unanswered. If you are lucky enough to get someone live on the phone when calling, they do seem relatively competent enough.

Special praise to the woman woman who delivered the car. showed me the basics of the car and was very courteous. The car was delivered on time and in impeccable condition. I would also like to give special praise to my "point man" Tom Giacommo who guided me through the credit process and delivery process.He is the type of guy I would hire to work in the broker trianing program at Morgan. GBDefinitely not the same as the others... You would think all car buying online experiences would be the same, WRONG! This was the fastest, easiest, simplest way to buy! The communication was TOP NOTCH, the delivery with all the check points TOP NOTCH, the people , just ALL of them GREAT! I can't say enough good things about this company, I didn't run into ONE PERSON that called me or vise versa with anything but the customer in mind. They are kind, informed and helpful in every way. I tried browsing on the other big name site for the same car and just got better down payment options, financing, everything with Gettacar! HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely be a returning customer!!

GBThis is by far the best experience I've… This is by far the best experience I've had buying a car from beginning to end. Steve was very nice and extremely helpful was able to get me get fiance, answered my many, many questions. I really want the hyndai venue but I had a price I would not go over and Steve made that happen. The gentleman (who's name I don't remember) dropped the car off to me and was very nice and went over everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend gettacar

GBMy worst fear of buying online was true Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.
