Smooth experience from the first phone… Smooth experience from the first phone call to the car delivery! We are very happy with our car. Gettacar is a great option for those of us who’d rather not spend all day at a dealership. We had “reserved” a car using another car-buying app and had been waiting for that car to be available to look at for several weeks. We ended up canceling that reservation and going with Gettacar. The whole process took less than a week (from finding a car to having it delivered to our door). The team was accessible and did their job very well.

GettaCar Experience From start to the very end first online purchase GettaCar met my expectations, there were a few setbacks along the way trying to get me in a vehicle I personally would love. I am not a settler for anything so…Thomas my representative has outdone himself to satisfy my desire need. Well done!!!! Traded in my 2019 Kia Sportage and downgraded into a 2018 Toyota CHR XLE premium crossover I’m in love with…I liked my Kia it was great at the time, but longevity and financial health won me. Better than all the rest! I would recommend Gettacar to anyone that is busy, doesn't have a car to get to a dealership, or just doesn't want to spend hours going from one place to another. I applied on a Friday and was done by end of business on Monday. I didn't have a car so this was incredibly convenient. Once the car arrived and was checked over by my son, it was in the condition promised. The customer service deserves more than 5 stars. I'm definitely spreading the word around this is the best online car buying.

The whole process from finding a… The whole process from finding a vehicle to getting an approval and discussing my options with my salesperson Tom (who was great!) took around 10 minutes!! Purchased on a wednesday night, signed papers on Thursday and had my truck delivered on Friday! The whole process was simple and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend gettacar!!

Enjoyed the conversations w/ Mike McM Enjoyed the conversations w/ Mike McM - yes multiple - before I pulled trigger and no pressure. Delivery was smooth - Rashad? Went over the car better than the owner manual. Paperwork, missed forms / e-signatures - backup insurance - Not used to that in a dealership but I'll trade that hassle for the 7-day test drive and time to let my mechanic go over the vehicle
