I got a defective one from Matthew Munoz at NAKTO and for 3 months he and Natalie Krul (co owner of Journey Bikes) have done nothing about the problem. These JERKS have ruined my wife's summer.

GBJourneybikes difficult to work with and did not stand behind their product Bought an electric bike with range of "up to 20 miles" and 15 day return period. Should have read the bait and switch fine print. Bike cannot be returned once assembled or ridden. Gets at best 2 miles on a full overnight charge. Have to pay to ship battery back for replacement, get RMA (took weeks) meanwhile I'm stuck walking. Journey bikes appears to just be a middleman and dumps all problems off on manufacturer. Has made the whole process difficult.

GBI absolutely love my bike I absolutely love my bike. It came in pristine condition not a blemish on it. It rides like a dream and is very easy to operate. I am a 72 year old woman who still enjoys biking and with the electric assist it makes my ride so much more enjoyable. Also I assembled the bike myself with the help of youtube tutorials. Best purchase I have made and Journey bikes was so helpful.

GBNever received basket I'm happy with my bike which I received in a week but still have not received the basket for it 3 weeks later. I've reached out to customer service 3 times and all I've heard is he can't reach his nakto rep. I also tried emailing nakto but did not receive an answer back. I got tired of waiting so I ordered one through the nakto website and to my surprise I received it in 2 days. I'm hoping to get the $29 I paid for a basket that should of been sent out with my bike. Sorry Journey Bikes but you failed with this customer. Update-Thank you Jason from customer care for refunding my $29 and I'm much happier now.

GBNot too thrilled with Journey bikes so… Not too thrilled with Journey bikes so far. My wife and I purchased two ebikes from them last Christmas and we still haven't received them. Good luck with trying to reach anyone in customer service. I keep on getting a pacifying response saying your bikes should be on this next shipment. A bunch of broken promises.
