First ebike I bought a Rad runner 2 which is my first ebike so I can't compare it to anything else but I am glad I did. The price was just over £800 delivered which is great and the bike is a solid well built bike which after watching the instruction online to build and set the bike up was quiet easy. After using it for a few weeks now it rides well after getting used to the weight and I have had a few people asking me about it and saying it looks good.

Very happy 100 miles in Having not cycled for thirty years +, i bought the Radrunner+ to ditch the car for short daily round trip journeys (mostly with child on back) of up to 10 miles, weather permitting. I’m using the bike most days, and actually look forward to the journey. I think the real test of both frequency of use and build quality will come after the winter had passed but first impressions are very positive. My only critique would be some grease should be supplied with the bike. Assembly was also pretty straightforward for a novice like me.

RAD RHINO ELECTRIC BIKE Bought a rad rhino electric bike .these bikes are big with 4 inch wheels had to cut mine out of packaging. I was a bit awkward in assembling it as never dealt with disc brakes before so I initially put front wheel on wrong but soon got hang of it.had a problem with headlight but pim in support soon sorted it out.this bike is awesome never rode anything like it and love the fat tyres the motor is strong and responsive it's a great bike

Order of Rad Runner 2 Order of Rad 2 delivered 2 hours before I received the email saying it was due. Very heavy box, 2 people needed to get it into the house. Unpacked and cut off all the plastic ties (disappointed at the amount of packaging) Then read first page of manual where it says bike must be put together by a qualified bike mechanic. I think this should be made clear when you buy as I didn’t notice this. Can’t comment therefore on Rad riding experience but I hope it’ll be amazing and that all the above niggles will be forgotten. 🚴

My Rad experience Pro's:- Really fast shipping, received my Radrunner in 4 or 5 days since placing the order for my Radrunner 1 Overall, really good products and 1st rate customer service and back up. I also bought loads of upgrade packages, which is also very useful and excellent value too. Effectively, transforming my Rad 1 to a Rad2. I still need help with fitting the fender's though. I wish now though I'd ordered a Radrunner Plus. Any chance of an exchange?
