My Rad experience Pro's:- Really fast shipping, received my Radrunner in 4 or 5 days since placing the order for my Radrunner 1 Overall, really good products and 1st rate customer service and back up. I also bought loads of upgrade packages, which is also very useful and excellent value too. Effectively, transforming my Rad 1 to a Rad2. I still need help with fitting the fender's though. I wish now though I'd ordered a Radrunner Plus. Any chance of an exchange?

What a bunch of cowards What a bunch of cowards! They advertise a sale of their bikes but fail to say that the company is pulling out of Europe altogether. The email addresses no longer work and the website has been closed - and to Hell with their customers. American commerce at its very worst.

Easy to use but uncomfortable saddle. I purchased a radrunner plus a few weeks ago and have been out on it a few times. Overall I really like the mechanics of the bike. It is easy to operate and is serving its purpose which is to get me out and about. I suffer with several chronic pain conditions and muscle weakness meaning that a regular pushbike isn’t an option for me and I needed an e-bike with enough power to get me around in the Lake District where I live. The only disappointing thing about the bike is the saddle. It is VERY uncomfortable. I feel as though I’m sliding forward on it and am struggling to find a comfortable riding position as a result. I am somewhat annoyed that I’m going to have to pay to replace it with a more comfortable one.

I bought my RadBike last year in… I bought my RadBike last year in October 2022 it was delivered in 10 working days. Putting all parts was very easy / you can follow instructions book or video. Using my bike every day work/nursery/shopping family trips... its been pleasure.

RAD RHINO ELECTRIC BIKE Bought a rad rhino electric bike .these bikes are big with 4 inch wheels had to cut mine out of packaging. I was a bit awkward in assembling it as never dealt with disc brakes before so I initially put front wheel on wrong but soon got hang of it.had a problem with headlight but pim in support soon sorted it out.this bike is awesome never rode anything like it and love the fat tyres the motor is strong and responsive it's a great bike
