GBI was so excited when I opened the… I was so excited when I opened the box—the bike looked beautiful. It was a numbered limited edition, so I could immediately tell from the number it was a return from someone else. There was a large scrape on the frame and missing parts, leaving the bike unridable. The parts are proprietary and cannot be bought anywhere but HeyBike. Although they have the same bike in stock locally, they told me the part would have to be shipped from China. Unfortunately after 8 weeks of calling/emailing they still hadn’t even shipped the part. I placed a BBB complaint and it was ignored. The only way I got them to actually send the part was to dispute the charge on my card. I have a tracking number now but I’m not getting my hopes up. The customer service is horrible and I will never buy a bike online ever again. They also told me they would give me a $20 refund for the huge scrape but they did not. Then they had the gall to ask me to review here, ignoring the fact that I can’t even ride the bike.

GBCustomer service review: Customer service review: I emailed Heybike because I placed an online order and only received 3 of my 4 items. It had only been 8 days, so didn’t know if it was just a shipping delay or if they forgot my item all together. I thought I would just shoot an email and ask. Ruby responded same day and provided me with all the tracking numbers.. great turnaround response time! Turns out my item was actually on its way and I got it the following day.

CAI have the Brawn and I absolutely love… I have the Brawn and I absolutely love it! I have put over 700km on the bike and there are no issues. One of the main reasons I went with the Brawn over other E-bikes is the dropper seat post. This is an absolute game changer which most e-bikes do not have sadly. Being able to change seat height on the go is a crucial feature. Riding at your normal height and then dropping it right down to comfortably sit at stop lights, or going down hill off road. This is so important and makes a massive difference in the riding experience. HeyBike made such a good decision to include this!

GBI just wanted to give a shoutout to… I just wanted to give a shoutout to this eBike company because I'm absolutely loving my eBike from them! It's made my outdoor rides a whole lot more fun and effortless, especially when tackling those uphill routes. The battery life is pretty impressive too, and it's got a super comfy ride. Overall, it's been a great addition to my adventures! 🚴♂️

I guess I’m not the only one who loses his keys. I have two cityscape bikes, my Mars, in Eugene, Oregon with family, and my Ranger here at home in Santa Monica. That is my favorite bike. I have had perfect experiences every time with Heybike.
