GBOrdered a part Ordered a part a month ago. Still not shipped. Company will not respond to my request to cancel an order that has not been shipped. Unable to contact anyone through their customer service number. Called the nearest store and was told the regional manager would contact me. No response. This company is run by two stoned teenagers. They are out to screw you. Do not do business with this company.

GBLack of info on a partial order shipment My order consisted of shocks and stabilizer kit. I had to schedule a shop time for my Jeep, that fell outside the 3-5 day delivery period. I got my partial order under five days, but they shorted me one of the parts. I never got any kind of update about the delay online. So now I'm stuck paying shop time for a partial installation, with an additional cost of another shop visit. Not much sympathy offered from 4WD, like overnighting the part at their cost. They wanted me to pay for it. Obviously I would never had put myself in this position with the shop if I had complete info. wow

GBDamaged Battery delivered- unsecured packaging. Had a very expensive battery delivered last wk- it was not secure in a very weak/thin box, not secured at all, with just paper on the bottom. (No fragile sticker) So of course it was damaged. I have not been able to contact anyone from the company! Ive gotten one email response, asking for pics. No return shipping label, and unable to get anyone on the phone! I filed claims with 4WD and also UPS. No luck yet! Still waiting! Horrible!

GBTotal joke Total joke, they advertise their ubolts as coated in gold iridite, then they show up as raw steel and have different hardware. They sent me 4 leaf springs that looked like they had been dragged behind a truck scratched to hell. Two days and hours of waiting on hold and multiple chats online they basically said to just send everything back. No resolution, no apology and no effort to fix anything. These idiots cost me a couple weeks on my build and wasted multiple hours of my time. This company is poorly run and a complete joke. I was about to drop about $5k with these guys but I'll never order another item.

GBUnable to accurately fill an order As a follow up to my previous review of May 29, I finally received the replacement parts today. After 33 days from my initial order, the parts they sent me were AGAIN black instead of stainless, identical to the ones I returned for being black. Apparently, they are too incompetent to fill an order accurately. As previously stated, I will never do business with them again.
