This company is a scam This company is a scam. It took what seemed like forever to receive product. Only after relentless calling and emailing I was able to reach someone via chat. I was told that the order was delayed due to manufacturing issues, so I told them I wanted to cancel. Oddly enough I received the product the following week. However, the part that received did not work on my jeep, so multiple attempts via phone/ email were made in order to receive the correct parts. No response was ever received. This company is a scam. The only thing I recommend about them is for people to stay far far away.

Horrible Customer Service and… Horrible Customer Service and inaccurate information on their website. Ordered a Axle Shaft for my Dana 35c on my daily. Listed as the passenger side with the correct length and press in studs. Sent me the drivers side at the wrong length with screw in studs. Stuck using the shaft and my break drum doesn't fit over my brakes as i cannot afford to spend more money on another shaft that they screwed up in the first place.

Unable to accurately fill an order As a follow up to my previous review of May 29, I finally received the replacement parts today. After 33 days from my initial order, the parts they sent me were AGAIN black instead of stainless, identical to the ones I returned for being black. Apparently, they are too incompetent to fill an order accurately. As previously stated, I will never do business with them again.

Ordered but got the run around Ordered and paid from them then received a notice that the item wasn't in stock. I was given an estimated delivery but that came and went. Order with caution as they don't necessarily have the items in stock but they'll gladly take your money. When I called customer service they argued with me over their sales process. If you need something ASAP then DON'T order from them. They are a 3rd party company and don't care about you as a customer. If give ZERO stars if that was an option.

This company falsely takes your money… This company falsely takes your money does not have the product in stock has no intention of shipping it and then gives you a run around. I am sure we're going to have to fight to get a return tomorrow. every single person I speak to on the phone is Shady at best. Any of the people complaining on this site I am going to trying to find out where they are licensed and contact the Attorney General of that state. This is the most horrible crooked deceitful predatorial company I've ever dealt with
