GBUnable to accurately fill an order As a follow up to my previous review of May 29, I finally received the replacement parts today. After 33 days from my initial order, the parts they sent me were AGAIN black instead of stainless, identical to the ones I returned for being black. Apparently, they are too incompetent to fill an order accurately. As previously stated, I will never do business with them again.

GBExpert Advice and Caring Attitude! I had my 1st experience with 4WD. Ordered several items online to pick up at my local store in WPB, FL. As a first time Jeep owner i had many questions and concerns and they made me feel comfortable, took their time to answer all my questions and even when i screwed up my install, THEY called the manufacturer and got me replacement parts without question or hassle. I had them inspect my full suspension system and they provided HONEST feedback, gave me options and went over and above for me. KUDOS to ALL the FOLKS AT WPB 4WD store!!!!

GBDamaged Battery delivered- unsecured packaging. Had a very expensive battery delivered last wk- it was not secure in a very weak/thin box, not secured at all, with just paper on the bottom. (No fragile sticker) So of course it was damaged. I have not been able to contact anyone from the company! Ive gotten one email response, asking for pics. No return shipping label, and unable to get anyone on the phone! I filed claims with 4WD and also UPS. No luck yet! Still waiting! Horrible!

GBordered stuff they charged me for it… ordered stuff they charged me for it even though they wouldn't have it in stock for over month. about a month later I began to wonder where my order went so I sent 2 emails and heard nothing back. Then I called to find out that the address needed to be "verified", which does not make sense because I always use that address, then he told me it wasn't in stock. He said the computer just charges people whether or not they have it in stock. pretty classic example of horrible customer service. obviously a company that puts all its energy into advertisement, not service.

GBstay away Same as the other reivewers. they take your money. never ship. I was told ships today doesnt mean ships today. customer service is a complete joke and plan to spend an hour or two dialing around, getting tranferred and hung up on before you get a human who wont help you anyway. My suggestion is to call around and buy from a place where live people are easily available to help
