GBAbsolutely awful experience with… Absolutely awful experience with absolutely terrible "employees". God awful customer service with people who do not assist. Bought a transmission from this website, I got shipped the wrong transmission. I was told Scott Green was the supervisor. Spoke to Scott Green and he did nothing to satisfy or attempt to make things right. Scott Green didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! As a supervisor did not even sympathize with the fact that THEY shipped the wrong transmission and THEY were in the wrong. Absolutely terrible company with terrible employees and customer service. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I STRONGLY AGREE FOR ANYONE ELSE TO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE.

GBi purchased a used tranny i purchased a used tranny, the wrong one was sent, iI communicated with the customer service individual named Scott who stated in an email that a different one which was being tested for my vehicle would be sent soon, in which I replied I no longer wanted a tranny sent but desired a refund....I continue to get the run around and no positive response regarding a refund.....I do not recommend doing business with this outfit

GBI wished I’d read the reviews first I wished I’d read the reviews first, Donot buy nothing from these people bought a transmission went out in a week. Got run around from them to find out they will not honor warranty.. these people do not stand behind what they do.. their customer service sxxxx… my Mexican brothers no compren nada de aquí les voy horar un dolor de cabeza…

GBWorst customer support to date and no honoring of warranty. I purchased a certified / warrantied transmission. Shortly after installation I got a check engine light of p0700 error which per mechanic is related to transmission cylinoid. I reported this back to the company in which they responded once via email to have the error code checked out which I gave in the initial warranty query. No response after initial response. Went to BBB which was not able to get further response. BBB posted 'Customer not satisfied with the business response; BBB did not find business made good faith effort to resolve complaint.”. Off to Dept. of ag, trade and consumer protection. This was a major mistake on my part, should have went with another company that is honorable. I am now into the transmission for 1575 plus now I have to pay out of pocket to fix the certified/warrantied transmission. Terrible experience.
