GBWorst customer support to date and no honoring of warranty. I purchased a certified / warrantied transmission. Shortly after installation I got a check engine light of p0700 error which per mechanic is related to transmission cylinoid. I reported this back to the company in which they responded once via email to have the error code checked out which I gave in the initial warranty query. No response after initial response. Went to BBB which was not able to get further response. BBB posted 'Customer not satisfied with the business response; BBB did not find business made good faith effort to resolve complaint.”. Off to Dept. of ag, trade and consumer protection. This was a major mistake on my part, should have went with another company that is honorable. I am now into the transmission for 1575 plus now I have to pay out of pocket to fix the certified/warrantied transmission. Terrible experience.

GBpoor service Attempted to resolve problems with transmission. 1. wrong transfer case, 2.bad seals, 3.first gear slipping. Attempted contact 15 times with no reply. Ended up paying for a transfer case, new seals. I thought a phone call would resolve problems with no luck.

GBTransmission came with bad solenoid. I ordered a transmission for my son's Chevy S-10 pickup for $800. It was delivered to my local Chevrolet dealer for installation (cost $1,200). After installation, there was a problem with a defective solenoid and I contacted "Quality" Used Transmissions about their warranty and they basically told me too bad , we can't help you. Cost me another $300 to fix the transmission. This company is crap. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

GBAbsolute crooks Absolute crooks. Two thousand miles after install (done 2x to try again with new seals to stop leaking around rusted output shaft) it has "Torque Converter/Clutch Solenoid Circuit" code, goes into fail-safe mode. AAMCO states rebuild necessary. Near impossible Warranty Claim process (requirements) even IF you didn't miss the fine print about the NEED to REGISTER for your WARRANTY within 10 days of installation. Just had to hear from F-head Scott rage at me how I didn't fulfill my end of the agreement, "Your warranty is VOID - and that's the end of it" and hung-up. I plan to pursue any and all ways to at least bring these scumbags to light. I'm retired, have the time, am tenacious about getting justice when mistreated/robbed. Any other takers?
