Two thousand miles after install (done 2x to try again with new seals to stop leaking around rusted output shaft) it has "Torque Converter/Clutch Solenoid Circuit" code, goes into fail-safe mode. AAMCO states rebuild necessary. Near impossible Warranty Claim process (requirements) even IF you didn't miss the fine print about the NEED to REGISTER for your WARRANTY within 10 days of installation. Just had to hear from F-head Scott rage at me how I didn't fulfill my end of the agreement, "Your warranty is VOID - and that's the end of it" and hung-up. I plan to pursue any and all ways to at least bring these scumbags to light. I'm retired, have the time, am tenacious about getting justice when mistreated/robbed. Any other takers?

I was relieved. My initial contact was good however I became concerned when I couldn't reconnect with sales due to a shift change. My credit card was already charged which made me nervous. My credit card company was able to make contact and I was able to talk directly to accounting. We received the motor within the time frame promised. The freight company was excellent. The motor was installed and runs beautifully !

Absolutely awful experience with… Absolutely awful experience with absolutely terrible "employees". God awful customer service with people who do not assist. Bought a transmission from this website, I got shipped the wrong transmission. I was told Scott Green was the supervisor. Spoke to Scott Green and he did nothing to satisfy or attempt to make things right. Scott Green didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! As a supervisor did not even sympathize with the fact that THEY shipped the wrong transmission and THEY were in the wrong. Absolutely terrible company with terrible employees and customer service. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I STRONGLY AGREE FOR ANYONE ELSE TO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE.

Hack job 4L60E rebuild Hack job 4L60E rebuild. Before I even used it I had another shop take it apart and they said maybe 10% rebuild at best. Ripped me off don’t make my same mistake

Horrible Unfortunately there isn't a -100 star option. These "people" (and I use the quotes liberally) are scammers who've changed their business name several times: Quality Used Transmissions, SW Transmissions, Engine & Transmission World, Racine Transmission, etc, etc. Looks like they are based in Racine, WI. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They do not send items on time. They do not give full refunds for cancelled orders and claim a "25% restocking fee". LOL - how do you claim to "restock" something that never left your possession??!! They do not honor warranties and will give you the runaround, hang up on you, swear at you, etc. They have hundreds of online complaints, have an "F" rating on BBB, and are being investigated by the state and FBI. Absolute crooks.
