GBOn august 15th I paid 55$ for expedited… On august 15th I paid 55$ for expedited shipping. The shipping label wasn’t even created until the 17th. How is that expedited shipping? Especially since if I ordered the part right now, which is the 18th, it says I would receive it the same day as my previously ordered one!!!

GBOEMparts .com, very deceitful in advertizing! OEM is not a stocking parts supplier, they are a 3rd party vendor. I experienced 2 issues. 1st. they advertised a 4 pack of Motorcraft spark plugs for $8.88.Needed 2 packs (8). They sent 2 spark plugs amounting to $19.00. Requested return, which they authorized, but was almost impossible to do. 2ndly, I ordered an oil cooler and coolant manifold, which at time of order claimed "in Stock", not true! "Once contacted(6 days after initial order) they admitted they don't stock parts, we are a 3rd party supplier" took them 7 days to process order, four additional days to receive my parts. This company is borderline fraudulent. I will never use again, thanks for the lesson.

GBThey duped me - Do NOT trust them! They duped me - like they do to many - into thinking they had an item in stock for immediate shipment. Then after paying, their automated email indicated there would be a delay. I immediately cancelled and ordered it elsewhere - but they refused to reply to multiple emails and website messages - and sent the part over 2 weeks later - after I'd already received and installed the part from reputable vendor. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card. DO NOT BELEIVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY AN ITEM IS IN STOCK.

GBBuyer beware I ordered a wiring harness for my truck, waited 3 weeks and emailed them. I was told they were experiencing “unprecedented delays” ordering parts and it could take 4-5 days to get the parts in and then ship them. Waited another 2 weeks and now I am canceling my order. do not use them, they are scammers

GBOrdered a part and found out I didn't… Ordered a part and found out I didn't need it, sent an email to the support email and got no response. Tried to contact the live chat function on the website and after awhile of sitting in a queue at the same time I finally got someone after my item shipped. The guy was completely unprofessional and didn't want to cancel the order at all. Now I have to wait until it gets here and request a return.
