GBOn august 15th I paid 55$ for expedited… On august 15th I paid 55$ for expedited shipping. The shipping label wasn’t even created until the 17th. How is that expedited shipping? Especially since if I ordered the part right now, which is the 18th, it says I would receive it the same day as my previously ordered one!!!

GBI think you need to be an informed… I think you need to be an informed shopper these days to have a great experience. Mainly, be sure to order the correct part. That is the most important thing. If problems arise when making an incorrect choice, that is on us, not the vendor. I had a great experience, despite what I read here from less fortunate buyers.

GBThis company has horrible customer… This company has horrible customer service! I’ve placed multiple emails about my transaction without response. Finally after several disconnected chats they say the part was not for my vehicle. Fitment charts say’s different.

GB3 weeks with no information, no parts, but they took my money just fine... 3 weeks with no information, no parts, all while they had my money in their hands. Only information ever received was after countless attempts to connect with online chat service (which would work 1 out of every 10 tries). Never proactive updates, only reactive after I got through the chat. All information given was always vague and useless. Was first told via email 1 week after order placed that one part was unavailable and they would have to adjust invoice and shipping. 2 weeks later still no adjustment or refund for that part/shipping. Once I was able to get through chat system, was told order was on hold but individual that could help me had left for the day. Then told they would have someone get back to me with further information. Very disappointing service. Not at all reliable.

GBThey duped me - Do NOT trust them! They duped me - like they do to many - into thinking they had an item in stock for immediate shipment. Then after paying, their automated email indicated there would be a delay. I immediately cancelled and ordered it elsewhere - but they refused to reply to multiple emails and website messages - and sent the part over 2 weeks later - after I'd already received and installed the part from reputable vendor. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card. DO NOT BELEIVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY AN ITEM IS IN STOCK.
