GBThe Advance Auto that is located in… The Advance Auto that is located in Winter Springs. The sales rep that employ there are very unprofessional also dishonest. I’m being treated unfairly because I’m the only one on earth. This world 🌎 is operated by God. I’m being out number because I’m right. I hate the negative treatment that’s ongoing.Also, I conducted my research on their prices . I actually discovered that I was over charge on the transmission fluid… In addition, I was told by the sales rep that the gallon of transmission equal five quarts he lied. Furthermore, I conducted my research actually one gallon equal four quart. Advance Auto is horrible. Further when I walk in the sales rep was making remarks about crying.I don’t cry over nonsense

GBEarlier today I stopped by my local… Earlier today I stopped by my local Advance Auto in Asheboro, NC store #04430 and purchased 6 qts (5 qts and 1 qt) of Castrol synt motor oil and a Motorcraft FL820s filter. These same items from Walmart cost $19.16 or 37% less. I expected to pay a slightly higher price at Advance Auto but never 37% higher. When I reached out to their customer service I was told Advance Auto will price match but only if you purchase online. I've purchased my last item from Advance Auto hopefully anyone reading this will think twice about purchasing from Advance Auto. Advance Auto is price gouging their customers.

GBLifetime Warranty not honored I bought a steering rack in 2005 with a "Limited Lifetime Replacement" warranty. The rack failed in 2012 and they replaced it. It went bad again last summer and they refused to warranty it. I called the 800 customer service number and was told that the "lifetime warranty" now means they'll make ONE warranty exchange, EVER. That's not the way it was back in 2005. On my last car, the spark plug wires went bad every three years, and they replaced them every three years. I sued them in Small Claims Court and won. I photocopied the judge's decision and the check Advance Auto Parts sent for the full $326.99 plus the $10 court fee, so... don't bother flagging my review as false because I'll upload proof. Conclusion: Go ahead and use Advance Auto Parts if you like, just be aware that their new lifetime warranty only includes ONE exchange ever. PS: The other guys still exchange their lifetime warranty stuff an unlimited number of times, even on brake pads. I'm sorry I can't mention their business' name, because that's considered a "Promo", which is against the rules here, but ask around and you'll learn who they are.

GBTrash company Trash company. Ordered $400 in parts that I find cheaper elsewhere. I requested to cancel my order 10 mins after placing it and wasn’t connected with a service rep till 30+ minutes after. When I tried to proceed with my cancellation the rep informed me it was past their 45 minute cancellation window. Terrible company policy if you don’t have the service to allow me to cancel in time. Will never buy from this poorly managed company again. Can’t wait for your stock to plummet
