Delivery Issues I bought a combo tire machine and wheel machine. Was told 8 to 10 business days, with a 24 hr call before delivery. After the 10th business day, no calls - no anything! I had to call to get a tracking number and handle the delivery myself. All in all, this took almost 1 month to get. I sure hope the product is more reliable than the customer service.

Very bad experience Very bad experience. Let's being with the AutoEquipment Depot: order placed back in March of 2016 - two years on and still missing BlueBird Air Hose Reel. The total cost of the order was $6,200. Monthly payment were supposed to be $360, went up to $420 and included additional insurance, taxes etc, ridiculous. Had to install my own lift, don't trust their promises. And, do shop around, there are better deals out there.

Well worth the money Very solid lift, it has every safety feature you need and the arms have a very low profile, which is great for all of the custom cars on the road these days. It comes with pads for the arms and spacers for lifting trucks and suvs. It is a little slow coming down, but that's literally the only "con" there is. I plan on purchasing another one, along with wheel and tire machines, next month!

unsatisfied order was put on backorder for a week, called a week later and it got pushed three more weeks. when it finally came it was supposed be lift gate delivered and wasn't, had to pay another business by me to unload it off semi trailer with a forktruck. think I should get ateattd-support bar as a inconvenience settlement, but sure I wont hear anything from this
