GBDelivery Issues I bought a combo tire machine and wheel machine. Was told 8 to 10 business days, with a 24 hr call before delivery. After the 10th business day, no calls - no anything! I had to call to get a tracking number and handle the delivery myself. All in all, this took almost 1 month to get. I sure hope the product is more reliable than the customer service.

GBNot a good experience I was told that I would be receiving equipment between 7-10 days as I write this it has been 26 days and have yet to receive it I tryied to contact 1-800 number and no one answered and got a. Call back next day saying that it will be delivered but just understand that Your company makes customers sign for blank contract stating that equipment has been received and when I did not receive equipment in promised time I was very concerned because contract had already been signed

GBWorst !!!! Please don't waste your time, placed order 11/16/16 , Lease company paid them 11/17/16 , it's now 1/28/17 and still don't have tire machine and wheel balancer that they said would be delivered in two weeks. They don't return phone calls or e-mails and when / if they answer the phone they put you on hold and then just kick it to voice mail in hopes you will go away. After more than 35 years in the automotive service business, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have finally given up and am having the lease company (who have been very helpful) try and get their money back so I can get the equipment else where . Don' know if they are just INCOMPETENT or just thieves . MY recommendation is stay away!!!

GBEasy, Fast, and Friendly. My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features. -Erik M. GBMy experience with my Sunco four post service/parking lift. The customer service at Auto Equipment Depot are awesome. They are freindly, product knowlegable, and eager to help. The tech support people are also great to work with. My only problem with this transaction was the instructions were general and vague at best. however I really lke the lift and would recommend it to anyone.
