Delivery Issues I bought a combo tire machine and wheel machine. Was told 8 to 10 business days, with a 24 hr call before delivery. After the 10th business day, no calls - no anything! I had to call to get a tracking number and handle the delivery myself. All in all, this took almost 1 month to get. I sure hope the product is more reliable than the customer service.

Could've Went Smoother In this company made the process of ordering equipment online from out-of-state fairly simple. But, my products were put on back order, and I was not notified until I called to check the status of delivery. So, 4 to 6 business days is now hitting 10 and my machines still aren't delivered. I am confident they will arrive in the next few days because I did receive a tracking number via email. Although the setback they worked well with Setting up a payment plan and being able to electronically sign the documents

Easy, Fast, and Friendly. My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features. -Erik M. Been almost 3 weeks and still don't know if my lift has shipped I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and they can't tell me if it has shipped. Very slow shipping and poor communication on order status. Edit - It has been over 7 weeks now and I still have no lift. My finance company is filing a dispute for this charge and now I'm stuck waiting 2 months for them to cancel my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM AUTO EQUIPMENT DEPOT!!!!!!!!!!!
