Terrible! Bad, bad experience. Won't answer the phone, took over 2 months to get equipment. The whole process was terrible. They change their website and close Facebook pages and try and erase bad reviews so customers won't read about it. Eventually, this review may disappear, if so, I will post again. Do your research, buy elsewhere. I wish I did.

Not a good experience I was told that I would be receiving equipment between 7-10 days as I write this it has been 26 days and have yet to receive it I tryied to contact 1-800 number and no one answered and got a. Call back next day saying that it will be delivered but just understand that Your company makes customers sign for blank contract stating that equipment has been received and when I did not receive equipment in promised time I was very concerned because contract had already been signed

Worst !!!! Please don't waste your time, placed order 11/16/16 , Lease company paid them 11/17/16 , it's now 1/28/17 and still don't have tire machine and wheel balancer that they said would be delivered in two weeks. They don't return phone calls or e-mails and when / if they answer the phone they put you on hold and then just kick it to voice mail in hopes you will go away. After more than 35 years in the automotive service business, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have finally given up and am having the lease company (who have been very helpful) try and get their money back so I can get the equipment else where . Don' know if they are just INCOMPETENT or just thieves . MY recommendation is stay away!!!

Easy, Fast, and Friendly. My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features. -Erik M. Well worth the money Very solid lift, it has every safety feature you need and the arms have a very low profile, which is great for all of the custom cars on the road these days. It comes with pads for the arms and spacers for lifting trucks and suvs. It is a little slow coming down, but that's literally the only "con" there is. I plan on purchasing another one, along with wheel and tire machines, next month!
