Could've Went Smoother In this company made the process of ordering equipment online from out-of-state fairly simple. But, my products were put on back order, and I was not notified until I called to check the status of delivery. So, 4 to 6 business days is now hitting 10 and my machines still aren't delivered. I am confident they will arrive in the next few days because I did receive a tracking number via email. Although the setback they worked well with Setting up a payment plan and being able to electronically sign the documents

Been almost 3 weeks and still don't know if my lift has shipped I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and they can't tell me if it has shipped. Very slow shipping and poor communication on order status. Edit - It has been over 7 weeks now and I still have no lift. My finance company is filing a dispute for this charge and now I'm stuck waiting 2 months for them to cancel my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM AUTO EQUIPMENT DEPOT!!!!!!!!!!!

One happy first time customer. I have worked on automobiles most of my life, but always for someone else garage. As i have gotten older and now work in a tire manufacturing plant I have decided to fulfill a dream to work on cars for myself. I had saved my money with intentions of finding a descent used lift of some sort. I discovered Auto Equipment Depot and found I could buy a new lift with warranty and even get easy financing for what i had found a used lift for. The sales associates are very courteous and helpful. I have already been referring people to AED. Thanks for the help.

Terrible I finalized my order on 8/23/16 it is now 11/15/16 and I still don't have my equipment. Three payments made and soon to be a fourth payment and still haven't seen what I am paying for. I NEVER receive a call back when they say they will call. I NEVER receive updates on my order. The only time I get any info is when I call and demand to speak to the supervisor since customer service only gives me the answer of "it should ship out either this week or next week". I am HIGHLY disappointed with my experience with this company and will not recommend them to anyone. If I am lucky I may see my equipment before Christmas.

These guys are the best and so are their prices! I've used these guys for several orders and they always have the best prices and service. If you've ever dealt with some of the other "discount equipment" companies you know what I mean. I've read a few of the bad reviews and they always complain about financing or shipping: 2 things that Auto Equipment Depot doesn't control.
