Terrible Customer Service very poor quality Lift won't lift 7800 lbs rated for 11,000 lbs so far company won't make good for anything. I offered to even buy a better quality lift We'll We'll I guess putting the poor rating is the only thing to get me a response. I've tried calling the manufacturer they told me they would not help me or even speak about a warranty because this company never paid them for the product so if you can get me a response from the manufacturer by all means do it and call me don't respond back here

Easy, Fast, and Friendly. My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features. -Erik M. These guys are the best and so are their prices! I've used these guys for several orders and they always have the best prices and service. If you've ever dealt with some of the other "discount equipment" companies you know what I mean. I've read a few of the bad reviews and they always complain about financing or shipping: 2 things that Auto Equipment Depot doesn't control.

Terrible! Bad, bad experience. Won't answer the phone, took over 2 months to get equipment. The whole process was terrible. They change their website and close Facebook pages and try and erase bad reviews so customers won't read about it. Eventually, this review may disappear, if so, I will post again. Do your research, buy elsewhere. I wish I did.
