GBSpot on Spot on. Done a great deal of research into an electic bike and the erider 18 in my opinion ticks all the boxes. Pedalling gets you up to 25mph which is more than enough to keep up with town traffic. The seat is the moped type so really nice and comfy. Another bonus is the lights, no messing about loking for batteries. Mine is used for a 14 mile round trip commute so it is put onto charge each night and as yet the battery indicator has not gone below 3 bars

GBI haven't received the bike yet I haven't received the bike yet, the company are kindly keeping it for me til nearer Christmas, it's a surprise & I lack storage to keep it hidden. For customer service I can't fault them, they've gone above & beyond for me. I will update once we have the bike & can give an honest review. 5 stars for helpfulness though!

GBI had problems with the stand. It collapsed, bad design. I got it welded OK. I had problems with the stand. It collapsed. I got it welded OK. There are questions about legality of E-Rider on the road which is worrying. Extra info. Assembled OK, Rides lovely although a bit fierce at start up. Ideal for my step daughter and her 5 year old son because she has not got a driving licence. Takes him everywhere locally. One regret- the pedal and the foot rest clash It is a pity that the foot rest is not away from the pedal. One other thought for a future design change, add a small compartment underneath for a GPS TRACKER with maybe a USB charge point - but conspicuous. Saves me having to continually fiddle around to get at it for charging etc.

GBgreat quality bike Although, Ken has had some issues with delay due to supply chain (seems to be common at the moment for a raft of industries), he contacted me to offer up an alternative solution, which worked for both of us. After agreeng, everyting was delivered as agreed. The quality of the bike is great and exceeded our expectation. Thanks Ken

GBModel 21 I ordered the model 21 thinking it would be the better bike compared to the 18. But it turns out not to be' missing most of the accessories that the 18 has. However I must clarify that the bike itself is brilliant. My only negative is that there is so little help and advice out there to deal with maintenance. And the manual doesn't match the exact bike I have. I have clocked up 320 miles in 3 weeks and apart from a puncture no issues so far. Thanks for the excellent communication and customer service.
