GBgood firm to deal with. good firm to deal with. restricted to using the bike (e rider 15) due to lock down. have done 53K to date. (bike is nippy on acceleration) most was 30k journey with lights on , inc 2 over rail bridge's, battery level still showed one mark. seat is comfy , good leg/feet room, good underseat storage and top box takes motorcycle helmet . biggest gripe is handlebar bolt tricky to get in on assembly - best remove fairing.

GBI have owned my e15 for approx two and… I have owned my e15 for approx two and a half years and have enjoyed it since day one. The speed produced by effortless pedalling is exhilerating and the machine copes with a range of surfaces though it is primarily a bike for the tarmac! It also deals well with hills and there are some awesome ones on the edge of exmoor where i live. But the bike remains undefeated. Its also a safe well balanced ride. I took advantage of ERiders lease deal which i havent found available anywhere else. Ive needed a couple of spare parts, nothing major but ken and the team have been very helpful in that regard. I would recommend the product and the company.

GBSpot on Spot on. Done a great deal of research into an electic bike and the erider 18 in my opinion ticks all the boxes. Pedalling gets you up to 25mph which is more than enough to keep up with town traffic. The seat is the moped type so really nice and comfy. Another bonus is the lights, no messing about loking for batteries. Mine is used for a 14 mile round trip commute so it is put onto charge each night and as yet the battery indicator has not gone below 3 bars

GBScooter arrived bright and early & on… Scooter arrived bright and early & on time. My wife has already clocked up just over 100km & she absolutely loves it. People stop and look and ask questions when ever she's out & about. The build quality appears to be very good & power delivery is smooth and quickly gets up to full speed. The whole purchase experience was very good with frequent updates. Many thanks Tun and Alan Pratley (Moreton in Marsh)

GBgreat quality bike Although, Ken has had some issues with delay due to supply chain (seems to be common at the moment for a raft of industries), he contacted me to offer up an alternative solution, which worked for both of us. After agreeng, everyting was delivered as agreed. The quality of the bike is great and exceeded our expectation. Thanks Ken
