GBAfter 18 months....owner of a Roma 30 … I write this as an owner of a Roma 30 bought 18 months ago. The bike and the tech are great.... I love it. However, customer service which others have commented on is largely accurate. I had an issue with my charger and an incorrect one sent. The emails from a certain individual are disrespectful borderline rude and obnoxious. I'm a fan of Erider and their products, I promote them to many as my bike gets a fair amount of attention. I'm sure Ken has worked very hard to build this firm. But 1-2 need training in customer services.

GBI have been a dedicated customer and… I have been a dedicated customer and promoter of E Rider for several yrs. In my opinion they are the worlds number one electric bike provider. Their bikes are of upmost quailty. Over the years I have purchased many parts and have received the best service and helpful fast assistance. I would highly recommend E Rider

GBGreat bikes, website has good info The site has loads of information about the bikes, and the purchase experience was pretty easy and straightforward. The bike (Model 30 Roma) is really good and no problems with it at all. If I would make one suggestion, it's to make it much clearer on the website, that the bike needs registered with the DVLA when you get it, this isn't done for you and can take up to 6 weeks to be done, although mine only took 2.5 weeks. It was disappointing that the bike arrived and I couldn't ride it straight away ( I suppose you could if you had private land, but I don't)

GBBUYER BEWARE Item did not arrive. This was for a bike that cost £1795. Very poor communication and customer service. Never returned a phone call and only replied to 1 email with a very vague answer blaming the courier. Had to go to PayPal for a refund. BUYER BEWARE.

GBThe bike arrived as expected The bike arrived as expected. Deadline and conditions were met. But that's just the store's obligation. The product is good (not exceptional, though). Any extra you may need, forget it. They offer no post-selles assistance, no support, no partners to help you with whatever you may need. Be sure you will find maintenance in your city before buying a white elephant. I'm waiting for parts (new tyres) for over 6 months which makes me wonder about their "2-year warranty".
