GBBait and switch tactics Bought a car through their online affiliate "Driveway". Provided a deposit, allowed them to obtain financing, and was waiting for a delivery phone call. Instead of a delivery phone call I received a call that the van sold earlier in the day. How does it sell after I secured the vehicle? Instead I was offered a "deal" on a van with less features, 6,000 more miles and ONLY $3000 more. What a bait and switch. I'm glad I had 6 inquired on my credit, money tied up, frustration, and no van. Heck of a streamlined operation for a company with 350 plus dealerships.

GBExcellent Service I personally think the process seemed to take a little longer than I would have liked but overall I can’t complain. I’m just inpatient with some things. Weeda Rasul was my Contact Analyst and every question I had she was able to answer promptly with the information I needed. As long as the personal are similar to Tony and Weeda, I will definitely be a return customer if I am in the market again.

GBI was skeptical using an online service… I was skeptical using an online service to sell my car . But I have to admit driveway was great , from a fare market price to the professionalism of there staff . I was dealing with Shannon which made me feel comfortable thru the whole process, she was great !!! Everyone I spoke to after that were great as well , so much so that I contacted Shannon that I will be selling them a second car . For anyone that is as skeptical like I was don’t be they are great to deal with and I would highly recommend them . JFC

GBI recently decided to consider buying a… I recently decided to consider buying a car online. At first, I was leery of the process, but I forced myself to be as open-minded as possible. I'm glad I did. The people I interfaced with were patient, answering all my concerns and questions. I never felt manipulated or forced to sit through a hard-sell process. In the end, I am very happy I chose Driveway. The car I selected exceeded my expectations, as did the price I paid. If you're interested in buying a car, I recommend you consider this option.
Valued Customer
GBTerrible post-sale customer service Driveway did have the entire process pretty streamlined (although some of the reps were not very competent) but be careful because they will not disclose any of the less obvious issues a vehicle has and you will be stuck with repair costs. In my case, a $400 taillight was broken and filled with condensation (likely from the dealer detailing) and I didn't notice it until it quit working a week post sale. The customer service rep (Lidia) first indicated they would take care of replacing it, I just needed a quote, then a few days later told me they would not be covering it because the vehicle was 'advertised with this flaw' although no photos or walk throughs I was provided with pointed this out. After this message saying I was on my own, they will no longer respond to any inquiries I have... Right now it is just a $400 tail light but I am just blown away that after buying a $60k vehicle they could care less about customer satisfaction. I will never buy from Driveway again. Stick with a dealer where you can at least have some kind of relationship with the sales rep.
