Rider is my go-to place for MC Insurance. I have been with Rider Insurance since 2013 and, while I haven't had to file a claim, I always comparison shop and call Rider to review my policy... And I have renewed for six years now. Great people to work with, never had trouble contacting them, and always feel welcomed when I call.

Great Company!! I have had Rider insurance for 4 or 5 years now. The rates are good, and I like the fact that each policy comes with 8 thousand dollars of accessory coverage for your motorcycle. I have been very pleased with Rider and think they are a great company.

I started with Rider back in 1976 when … I started with Rider back in 1976 when they served only New Jersey riders. Several times since then I've checked rates with other insurers and have stayed with Rider for 41 years now. I had only one occasion to file a claim and Rider cold not have been more cooperative - painless even! Rider meets all my needs!

Absolutely impossible to complete… Absolutely impossible to complete online by myself. Called for help and was walked through. If that didn't happen I could not have gotten insurance through you. Your IT people should be fired or retrained to understand that their system is terrible. I'm sure that you are chasing away paying customers.

Good but could be better Only issue i have is in using the customer portal. While renewing my policy, it should update to show that my policy is paid through the next 12 months, it didn't. It also should give a confirmation number before you log out, it didn't. I did subsequently get the confirmation in an email but not while renewing through the portal.
