GBFriendly and Affordable! Very friendly agents and offers affordable coverage. Fortunately I have never had to claim anything so I cannot speak to that. My only small complaint is that they could improve their online interface as logging in can sometimes be difficult.

GBinsurance went up ..almost $100.00 and … insurance went up ..almost $100.00 and bike is a year older and im 50 and no tickets or accident.. Insurance should go down not up .. could not get an explanation from, rep.. Bait and switch feels like .. Last year cheaper and then you become customer and raise your ratte?

Several times since then I've checked rates with other insurers and have stayed with Rider for 41 years now. I had only one occasion to file a claim and Rider cold not have been more cooperative - painless even! Rider meets all my needs!

GBNo hassle insurance - great value I like Rider insurance. They came through quickly when I had an accident. Fair and knowledgeable peoole. My adjustor was very thorough and knew bikes inside and out. She was extremely helpful. I recommend them highly!
