GBAbsolutely impossible to complete… Absolutely impossible to complete online by myself. Called for help and was walked through. If that didn't happen I could not have gotten insurance through you. Your IT people should be fired or retrained to understand that their system is terrible. I'm sure that you are chasing away paying customers.

GBRider representatives are helpful! Rider representatives are helpful and get back to me to answer questions promptly and in detail. They have good customer service and they hire workers that seem to care. I recommend Plymouth Rock Rider Insurance!

GBinsurance went up ..almost $100.00 and … insurance went up ..almost $100.00 and bike is a year older and im 50 and no tickets or accident.. Insurance should go down not up .. could not get an explanation from, rep.. Bait and switch feels like .. Last year cheaper and then you become customer and raise your ratte?

GBI found the customer rep to be … I found the customer rep to be professional, of good nature and generally a pleasant person to deal with. My payment was handled quickly and my cards arrived in a timely manner. I have been a customer for years and have never had a single issue with Rider.

GBRider custoomer since 1993… I have been with Rider since about 1993 and would never want to use another company for my bikes coverage. They have great rates and there has never been a time where I have needed to call and didn't get someone immediately on the phone. I like knowing the company covering my motorcycles ONLY deals with riders, and I appreciate that they don't spend all their money on millions of TV commercials nobody cares about!
