GBGood but could be better Only issue i have is in using the customer portal. While renewing my policy, it should update to show that my policy is paid through the next 12 months, it didn't. It also should give a confirmation number before you log out, it didn't. I did subsequently get the confirmation in an email but not while renewing through the portal.

GBRider is my go-to place for MC Insurance. I have been with Rider Insurance since 2013 and, while I haven't had to file a claim, I always comparison shop and call Rider to review my policy... And I have renewed for six years now. Great people to work with, never had trouble contacting them, and always feel welcomed when I call.

GBI found the customer rep to be … I found the customer rep to be professional, of good nature and generally a pleasant person to deal with. My payment was handled quickly and my cards arrived in a timely manner. I have been a customer for years and have never had a single issue with Rider.

GBRider representatives are helpful! Rider representatives are helpful and get back to me to answer questions promptly and in detail. They have good customer service and they hire workers that seem to care. I recommend Plymouth Rock Rider Insurance!

GBI've been in two (2) accidents I've been in two (2) accidents. On the first I was rear ended and Rider worked with the other drivers insurance to ensure my bike was returned to it's original condition. Second, a dog ran into my front wheel and while I was laid up in the hospital and at home they handled everything including a solid settlement that covered all my accessories.
