GBI had a recent dispute with the company… Edit to previous: A supervisor was kind enough to reach out to me and resolved and satisfactorily resolved my issue after escalation. I had a recent dispute with the company regarding a lock out due to what they claim were missed sample requests. I am currently being charged an expensive lock out fee that I don’t feel responsible for. First customer service rep hung up on me while I was stating my case. Waiting to hear from a supervisor to see about waiving the fee that I should not be responsible for. Company puts revenue over sobriety.

When I first called, I felt a bit overwhelmed but as soon as I explained what was needed, Frances reassured me with empathy and really made the experience go through smoothly. GBI spoke with their customer service I spoke with their customer service, and they were not helpful at all. Explained couple times on my device was malfunctioning. I got a violation because I had arrived home and was ready to unplug it and bring my device home, but as I unplugged it I got a retest signal and the device was tripping. The day after I went to plug my device and I got a Violation and all sorts of beeping. Explained to the customer service the issue on that system and she tried charging me for that and putting on my bill. I’m very upset with IntoxaLock, they’re supposed to be helping me out.

Thus far into the process of obtaining proper paperwork, arranging payment, and having interlock device installed in the next few weeks has been a easy task with Mr. Burke's expert assistance. He has made my unfortunate decision, daunting and complicating process of having device installed and enrolling me with your companies services an actual easy, and straightforward dealing. Our complicated world would be a lot better if such friendly, knowledgeable, and caring employees like Mr. Burke were employed by every company and business! I'd recommend your company and Mr. Burke to anyone that makes a mistake and requires your services! I gave him a five star review, but wish there was an option for 100! Thank you Mr. Burke!
