I had a recent dispute with the company… Edit to previous: A supervisor was kind enough to reach out to me and resolved and satisfactorily resolved my issue after escalation. I had a recent dispute with the company regarding a lock out due to what they claim were missed sample requests. I am currently being charged an expensive lock out fee that I don’t feel responsible for. First customer service rep hung up on me while I was stating my case. Waiting to hear from a supervisor to see about waiving the fee that I should not be responsible for. Company puts revenue over sobriety.

Amazing Experience I called pretty upset yesterday due to a different company and the run around they’ve been giving me, I spoke with Hamilton at Intoxalock. He was professional, helpful, honest, and thorough. He went above and beyond to help me during a super stressful time and made my experience so much easier. This man is amazing! He followed up with me today, scheduled an appointment for me to remove my previous device and get my new one installed.
