Thanks Phil! Not only, the patience, but the honesty and detailed info I received from Phil was amazing! He had the patience to wait on me to look around. He followed up and made sure any questions I had were answered. Not only that, he also helped in coming up with questions to ask the competition. After all that, he did everything in his power to make sure I got a better deal than any other offer I had received. He made the terrible decision i put my self in, so easy to deal with as far as the set up goes. He helped me get an appointment on a day that fit my busy schedule and got me a discount along with it. Liars, crooks The sales associate Adam Eckland was a smooth talker of course he was knowledgeable, professional and patient.But, he lied to me telling me my first payment of 54$ wouldn't be due until 2 weeks after the installation. However, the very next day I had an "overdue balance" of $150...say what ?? He lied and didn't tell me about their installation fee..then he said I could get a hold of him directly through his extension but, I tried the number over and over again...don't like how they ask you for a credit card over the phone almost immediately to pay the $30 fee "to move forward" made me a little uneasy.
