GBI can always count on Airport Center … I can always count on Airport Center parking to be there when I need them. A few months ago, I made the mistake of using one of their competitors - because that had a cheaper price advertised online - but when I went there to park my car, it took a VERY LONG time for me to find a place to park in their over-booked lot - and I almost missed my flight! I have never had any problems like that with Airport Center parking. :)

GBAirport Center has several shuttles… Airport Center has several shuttles running so you're wait is never more than 5-10 mins. However, the parking spots are a bit small so cars tend to take up 2 spaces. This causes an issue when you're looking for a vacant space.

GBNo Parking Spaces Left The 3 star rating is due to the difficulty I had locating a parking space. I drove the entire parking structure and managed to find a space because an airport worker could not remember where he parked. He rode with me until his car was located and I parked in his space. I had no other issues. The shuttle arrived shortly after I called around 10:30pm. Lighting was good and elevator worked this time.

Also said he was going to work with his IT group to adjust charging logic in their system. I appreciate his quick review and correction. Careful with your reservation times!!!! Location great. Parking good. Pickups acceptable. Very good value overall. What left me extremely dissatisfied was the add on charge at my exit because even though I had paid for 5 full days and departed from the garage 4.5 days later, the company uses your reservation starting time and ending time to lock you in on your parking period. BEWARE, if you enter the garage before your reservation time OR depart the garage after your reservation time, you will be charged for another day, EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY PAID FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. The contract disclosures are very poor and I'm sure they are collecting lots of extra fees on this policy. Yes, I spoke with the company and they just talk around this scam. The company should give users the full paid period. If they maintain their current policy, they should PROMINENTLY warn customers on the reservation page that they will be charged for any time exceeding their reservation period, even though customers have technically already paid for the days.

The fine print states that Airport Center?s rates and fees are charged on a daily basis. When your travel goes into the next day, you are charged another full day. Your credit card will be charged in full when you confirm your reservation. No refund will be issued for unused days. I was charged for 2 days, when I was going to be there for 1 day and 4 hours. My flight was delayed I was 2 hours past the 4 hours that I paid for the second day. So I was there for 1 day and 6 hours (approximately) and they charged me for a third day to get out of the lot. Let me be clear, it say NOWHERE on their paperwork or fine print that if you are charged a second day and say you are only going to use a couple hours of that, but it goes over what you think it will be, you will be charged a whole extra day. They do not work with customers to show them where this is written or make things right. I will never park here again and think you should not either.
