Have parked here two times... Have parked here two times, reserving online in advance both times. Once with no issues, shuttle came fairly quickly. The other, I waited for over 20-25 minutes with no shuttle arriving to get me to LAX. Given I was close to missing a flight, I debated taking an uber/lyft. I called the operator who told me a shuttle would arrive in under 5 minutes, so I waited...another 10 minutes...before one arrived. Given the lovely LAX traffic loop, I ended up leaving the shuttle at the first terminal and running illegally through roads meant only for cars in order to get to my terminal faster. Not fun. Also - how are these parking spaces so laughably small?? NO ONE parks within the lines.

Great location. Everything else not so great. The parking place is wonderful. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot even though one has been reserved. My dissatisfaction is when you return home the shuttle back to the parking site usually takes a hour or more and that with you calling for pickup. Also my other dissatisfaction with them of recent nature is when shuttle dropping you off, they go to arrivals and go to every single terminal for pickup and drop-off at the same time. What a stressful situation for the individuals who need to get to the airport, drop stuff off and go through security. I used to love them. I no longer use this parking spot unless absolutely no other choice. This is after many years of using this place.

You guys are awesome You guys are awesome. Near the airport, shuttle is always waiting at the parking garage to take me to the airport. And the shuttle is there to pick me up at the terminal within minutes of calling. Your price is competitive and by making reservations and using the discounts I always get a great deal compared to other parking locations. Keep up the great work!

I used this facility on July 29 I used this facility on July 29, 2018. It was easy in and out for me, except I had trouble finding the entrance without sign from street. I called the office, they were helpful to direct me to parking lot entrance which is located in the alley way between the Crown Plaza and Airport Center . it would help if the entrance sign is more conspicuous. The shuttle service was good. I would definite recommend this facility.

Outstanding experience Ease of access, frequent transfer service, courteous and helpful drivers and outstanding cashiers at check-out. The last thing one wants upon arrival after a long trip is a long wait for the shuttle followed by a challenging experience at the cashier. Airport Center's service folks are outstanding!
