GBAwesome company Wake life has done an incredible job as a local company making high quality products. As many other individuals have expressed In their reviews, I did encounter delays and slight confusion with my order of 10 50lb bags. However, in reaching out to customer service, I received a response and explanation in mere minutes. It is not at all any company’s fault for the shipping carriers issues. Especially USPS during COVID. Overall, they did a fantastic job and have shipped new bags twice with no hesitation as USPS looses some along the way. I will be a returning customer :)

GBPurchased an item that was out off… Purchased an item that was out off stock, was told it would ship in a few weeks. Received my ballast upgrade several months later. Most of the season has came and gone while I waited to receive. I called several times and was given several different ETA’s Ballast upgrade requires parts not sold with bags, not mentioned any where but it is labeled as an exact fit? Not quite, your gonna need to do some plumbing.
