Disappointed by customer service We ordered 10, #50 weighted bags about a month ago. USPS lost 8 of the bags. When corresponding with Spencer, he has stated twice he would send new bags and hasn't. We've given them the opportunity to make it right knowing they don't have control over USPS. Disappointed as we tried to support a somewhat local shop. At this point thinking a refund is our best bet. Have also tried calling and texting the customer service number.

Great Delivery Communication Thank you for coordinating with your postmaster and the post office in my area to deliver the ballast bags to my house instead of them trying to get me to pick it up. It is their job after all. Great communication and timely delivery!
