5 stars Great addition to get a more reliable/consistent wake. Received my lead bags a little later than expected, but the quality of the bags is impeccable. The bags are heavy duty with a sturdy seat belt handle which makes them easy to move around without worry of them tearing. The bags themselves are also stitched well and easy to manipulate in case wanting to place them in awkward corners/edges of the boat. Customer service was great with quick responses and solutions to getting my bags delivered just in time for WakeFest! Though the wait was a little longer than expected, it is understandable during the current times and I still give this company 5 stars.

Small enough to hide but heavy enough to do the trick. It took longer than expected to receive but the quality was better than I expected. And they are smaller than they look they are able to slide right under the back seat of my 1995 prostar 190 so they take up no room and are unseen!

Disappointed by customer service We ordered 10, #50 weighted bags about a month ago. USPS lost 8 of the bags. When corresponding with Spencer, he has stated twice he would send new bags and hasn't. We've given them the opportunity to make it right knowing they don't have control over USPS. Disappointed as we tried to support a somewhat local shop. At this point thinking a refund is our best bet. Have also tried calling and texting the customer service number.
