GBGreat product, really poor support.... Here's the thing with Jackery - Great product but boy does their support network suck! If you pitch yourself as a premium product then that product is only as good as the support behind it, and in Jackery's case, that rubbish. Ive lost count at the number of emails I've sent them asking the same questions with no response. I've dug a little deeper and found other Jackery related emails, but those too were ignored. Jackery's customer service response is quite evident by the lack of it when you scroll down through our reviews. Get your finger out Jackery!!

GBBought an Explorer 1500 about 3 months… Bought an Explorer 1500 about 3 months ago, only just used it and it’s not charging now. Contacted customer service and no help or advice whatsoever. Very poor.

GBMy Jackery stopped working My Jackery stopped working. I contacted them and was initially told they'd send me a replacement immediately. Then I was then told that they wanted the old one back first. I sent it off and they received it but now they have gone quiet. I have no idea what is happening. I bought through Amazon and the window to return had expired (even though the product is only 2 months old). I will have to try and contact Trading Standards. Confusing and patronising messages from them. I deeply regret choosing Jackery.

GBHorsesh*t service Haven't even gotten the unit and I'm over it. Customer service is utterly useless. They don't answer their phones, tell you to text, then take their damn time responding. Emails might get a single cursory answer, but good luck getting an answer to a follow up question. I hear the battery is quality, but I'm going to cancel the order because Jackery has been so awful to deal with leading up to a sale.

GBTheir customer service was mediocre at… Their customer service was mediocre at best. I only had a one-email interaction, so I hesitate to think what the support would have been like for a more serious problem. I noticed a typo in their product selection wizard. They wrote the word "Grill" next to an icon of a drill. Jackery discusses grills and drills throughout their site, so it was an understandable mistake. However, in the context of their wizard, I needed to know the answer since I was specifically looking to heat up food. Since their wizard was unusable, I emailed them to ask for advice on my use case. The person who wrote back fixated on the voltage of one particular product and ignored all the other information. Their response was curt, without context, and didn't solve my problem. I can only say that I won't be purchasing their product.
