Horsesh*t service Haven't even gotten the unit and I'm over it. Customer service is utterly useless. They don't answer their phones, tell you to text, then take their damn time responding. Emails might get a single cursory answer, but good luck getting an answer to a follow up question. I hear the battery is quality, but I'm going to cancel the order because Jackery has been so awful to deal with leading up to a sale.

Dreadful customer service Dreadful customer service. Extended my warranty in retrospect but then refused to honour it. No repair service. Obviously they consider their products "disposable". Bought through Amazon UK, and fulfilled by jackery uk

Great product, really poor support.... Here's the thing with Jackery - Great product but boy does their support network suck! If you pitch yourself as a premium product then that product is only as good as the support behind it, and in Jackery's case, that rubbish. Ive lost count at the number of emails I've sent them asking the same questions with no response. I've dug a little deeper and found other Jackery related emails, but those too were ignored. Jackery's customer service response is quite evident by the lack of it when you scroll down through our reviews. Get your finger out Jackery!!

Do not buy Jackery generator For weeks, I have been comparing Jackery 3000 Pro plus the extra battery power station with other brands. During that time, needed questions answered and some help. Jackery uses Reliance Controls to source their transfer box, not a good thing. Also, in my many attempts to get a human finally did last night after 8 or 9 calls. Got Nevila, horrible connection, echo, spotty reception and barrel sounding tone. Told her I was missing most of what she was saying so she offered to call back, took my number which they capture the minute you call, we confirmed number and waited for her call back. It never came. Frustrated I called back, dumped into the menu to leave a message. Why does a company keep employees that lie to their potential customers? I was ready to spend $6k with this subpar company and just needed to confirm a couple of quirky details, but they are too busy to answer a couple of questions. They lost a customer and I will let all of my neighbors know to seek their portable generators from a more reputable company. Do not buy from Jackery, they are jack donkeys. Wish I had read these reviews first and saved myself the time I wasted trying to get help prior to buying anything from this lame company. Stay away!!!

Buyer beware I loved my Jackery. To be clear, I bought my 500 for emergencies only , so used it a grand total of 4 times. Well, hurricane lee was on its way, so of course I grab my trustee Jackery from the closet . I put it away fully charged . I hit the display button ….nothing . Found that odd so plugged it in . After 24 hours, nothing still . Called customer care. Once they established that it was out of warranty they said there is nothing they can help me with . Then, my favourite part. “You’re in Canada? Well, they don’t typically work well in cold weather” . It’s 79f here . Disappointed , don’t buy from Jackery, if there is a problem, you’ll have a paper weight
