Best Rep Award!! The Rep was very helpful and friendly, she never made me feel bad because we were needing to extend our pay day which was so nice to feel. We asked to move this due to an unexpected death in the family, which has been overly stressful, so to be able to reach out and have someone work with me without judgement was very unexpected but delightful. Efficient and professional service The person helping us went the extra mile when we reported to her that the page did not allow us to make partial payment of our monthly bill with the TXU Loyalty Reward Card. She had us walk through the process, and as we reported to her what came up next on the screen, she said, "It looks as if there is a problem with that, so I will create a link for you to use for partial payment." She quickly created and sent us that link, allowing us to use our TXU Loyalty Reward card without a glitch. THANK YOU to that person for taking care of our issue in such a friendly and professional manner.
