An appalling level of service from this… An appalling level of service from this company that advertises a "PREMIUM" level of service however fails to respond to emails and voice messages. And then invoices you for their so called "PREMIUM" service before providing any level of service. I will start naming and shaming shortly of all the people that I am being forced to deal with with no actions or outcomes. And yes, I will give my name and order number so they can pretend as soon as they give me somebody SENIOR enough in this organisation to actually something about my application.

HORRIBLE company!! I would prefer to give them a giant ZERO!! I used Travisa several years before covid to get extended visas. Everything went smooth and easy access to a representative. Today, after entering my bankcard info, I started the Philippine application form, had a question and tried to reach a representative. I paid for Premium service! Every time I called the premium service phone number after a couple of minutes, they would disconnect the call. After several attempts over about 3 hours, I finally called their general contact number and told the representative to stop my application and I will not initiate any service with them due to their horrible service. After the call I received an email saying my Premium service representative would contact me in 2 business days. Unacceptable. They have become a HORRIBLE company! Do not use them!

CIBTVisas is awesome CIBTVisas is awesome! We partnered with them to help out with visas for our faculty who teach seminars in India. This was always a stressful and frustrating process, and it was such a relief to be able to hand the process over to CIBT. They are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, and offer great service to our faculty.

I wish I read these reviews before I…n I wish I read these reviews before I started the China Visa process. My boss needed a business visa to China. We paid for the premium service, 450$. This has been a nightmare. The agent doesn’t respond to emails and forget about answering phone calls. Truly the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. This company is the worst.. stay away!!

Total Scam Don't even try with CIBT. Like the other complaints here, I had given my credit card info. for help in securing a Chinese visa via the Chicago Chinese Consulate. CIBT never contacted me. Called the two different 800 numbers numerous times over several days; consistently placed on hold, then referred to voice mail informing me that voice mail was full. After 11 days, I emailed "support" to cancel. Someone from NY called the next day to convince me to stay with them. I insisted to cancel, then he stated that I would be charged a "$200 cancelation fee" - which was never mentioned on their website. I protested, but they immediately withdrew $200 from my credit card. Of course, I then had to apply for a replacement credit card causing me more time. CIBT is a scam and waste of time. Finally got my visa quickly thru another Chicago based visa services company with no problems, at no charge until they received my information, and at less than half the cost of CIBT would have charged. CIBT appears to a total scam operation.
