PLHUUGE thanks to Camille!! If it wasn't for her we wouldn't go for a cruise becasue there was a problem with card payment. First, she helped us via chat with booking two cabins and then she processed the payment for the reservation. I strongly recommend CruiseDirect to work on card payment stage, as the site woulndn't take money from my bank account, I tried various cards. Once again, big thanks to Camille for her patience and help!:)

HKPrompt reply and efficient in handling of cancellation I must express my sincere thanks to Angelo Gonzales, who has helped me to arrange cancellation of cruise that I booked without notice the year of departure not being in 2025, but rather depart in 2026. This is totally my own mistake, but he helps to deal with the cancellation without asking reasons, very professional. I am very impressed by his efficiency in dealing with this matter.
