GBGirlie is absolutely amazing!!! Girlie is absolutely amazing!!!! I lost my first cruise today due to my cards declining so I had to pick an alternate cruise. Girlie figured out something MSC couldn’t even figure out and that my passport information was needed to book the cruise!!! As soon as I gave her my information my cards were accepted and I was able to book my cruise!! Girlie thank you so very much, are nothing short of amazing ❤️❤️

HKPrompt reply and efficient in handling of cancellation I must express my sincere thanks to Angelo Gonzales, who has helped me to arrange cancellation of cruise that I booked without notice the year of departure not being in 2025, but rather depart in 2026. This is totally my own mistake, but he helps to deal with the cancellation without asking reasons, very professional. I am very impressed by his efficiency in dealing with this matter.
