HKPrompt reply and efficient in handling of cancellation I must express my sincere thanks to Angelo Gonzales, who has helped me to arrange cancellation of cruise that I booked without notice the year of departure not being in 2025, but rather depart in 2026. This is totally my own mistake, but he helps to deal with the cancellation without asking reasons, very professional. I am very impressed by his efficiency in dealing with this matter.

JMCamille was so helpful Camille was so helpful. She gave me full details on the cruise I was inquiring about that other booking agents couldn't assist me with. If I haven't speak with her I doubt I would get the right answer I was looking for

GBEfficient customer service! While they could have used a better UI, CruiseDirect's search engine is still easy to use, up-to-date, and it's handy to check stateroom availability (especially when NCL's own search result page is slow to refresh). The extra perks are also useful. But what really stands out is the customer service, the live chat is quick and efficient, both Louella and Camille were very helpful in adding my FCC discount back to an existing booking. Highly recommend!
